Mylie and I spent a lot of time rearranging and cleaning the office last weekend. It is so much more user friendly now. The kids love to play games on the computer. They are playing a Mickey Mouse game. So cute!

This girl loves to help. She and Jeff did a MAJOR cleaning of her room this week. She was pretty excited to vacuum her and Blake's rooms tonight. When I went in to check on her, she had the attachments on and was working away. Love her!

Some days are awesome when you are a kid. Imagine you got to go to Coscto (on a sample day), see the firetrucks AND get a fire hat, and get a slushie at Sonic? My kids must be easy to please because they were happy campers!

These two are such good pals and play so well together. Tonight they had a tea party, played my little ponies, played dinosaurs, and Mylie read Blakey a book about dinosaurs.

Ben's law firm has an office here, so every once in a while we get to have dinner with him when he is here for work. The kids were TOTALLY excited to see him. Blake was especially excited when he realized the Uncle Ben brought his birthday present (dinosaurs). Plus, we had dinner at Cafe Rio. Double bonus!

Yay for President's Day and a day off for all of us. We decided to go to the movies and see Megamind. Blake fell sound asleep on my lap and slept for about 2/3 of the movie.

After spending the better part of the weekend cleaning and organizing my scrapbooking supplies, I actually vowed to do no more scrapbook shopping for a long time, maybe all year. Seriously, I think I could scrapbook everyday for a year and perhaps only have to buy adhesive. Yikes!

Today was Mylie's 100th day of school. They had to bring in 100 of something. Last night she went to a craft night with me at Leslie's house and this is what we (but mostly she) created! She has had a great year in Kindergarten so far!

When I got out of the shower this morning, Mylie had this sitting on my nightstand. Breakfast in bed. A shake, a wheat bagel with peanut butter and oranges. She is such a sweet, sweet girl! I am glad she is mine.

One of the wonderful things about my new job is that I get to pick the kids up from school everyday. I usually get Blake first and then we go pick up Mylie. I love the little conversations that he and I have in the car while we wait for her. He is such a funny little boy and it amazes me how much he has changed in the last year. A year ago he had 12 words. Now he won't shut up!

The kids had a fabulous Valentine's Day. Mylie had 2 parties and Blake 1. This is the cute box she made for her daycare party. It is bursting with cards and treats!

It was a beautiful spring feeling day today and we went to the school to play after church. We took the kids bikes ... let's just say it may take Blakey a while to get the hang of it. But I love this picture! So cute.

Oh I love this girl. So she decided that she wanted to make dinner tonight ALL BY HERSELF for Jeff and I's anniversary. She was pretty adamant that she could work the grill by herself, but I had to put a kibosh on that. I took her to Costco this afternoon to do her shopping. She decided on salads with rotisserie chicken and rolls. She was so tickled with herself making dinner and asked about a hundred times if it all tasted OK. What a sweetheart!

Jeff and I's anniversary is tomorrow. He gave me a Giants keychain tonight for our anniversary. Then he told me that it was because he planned a trip for us to go to SAN FRANCISCO this summer. I am so excited! Just the two of us - a trip to Alcatraz, fisherman's wharf, and a Giants game. Counting down the days ....

My new adorable, beautiful, sumo wrestler, nephew Sterling J. This was snapped with the camera phone not too long after he was born. Amazing how my heart just grew in size to love another little. Sigh.

Dear Sterling J. It pains me that I live 1600 miles away from you. How I wish I could kiss those monster cheeks and snuggle you for hours at a time. How I wish I could celebrate with your big sister about her new role. How I wish I could hug your mommy and marvel with her at the wonder of babies fresh from heaven. I love you baby. Aunt Stephi.

We spent Sunday morning at Temple Square. I love visiting there and so do the kids. Blake asked me to take a picture of him in front of the Temple. What a fun weekend!

We went to Salt Lake for the weekend to celebrate Blake's birthday at Hogle Zoo. Gramma and Papa went with us. Blake was so excited to see the elephants, in fact, he had talked about them for weeks prior to our trip! It was a bit chilly, but so much fun because the animals were all out and busy. It was a great day at the zoo!

Happy 3rd birthday to my baby. This might be my favorite picture of the day. Jeff told him to close his eyes so he could bring in the rest of his presents (bike and gun). The look on his face just cracks me up!! Oh, how I love this little dude.
